Travel Expert, Agency Owner, and CEO Mom Rewriting the Rules

Haley Williams

Motherhood has a way of reshaping everything, it doesn’t just change your scheduleβ€”it changes your purpose. For Haley Williams, the transformation from employee to empowered entrepreneur mom wasn’t planned. It was born from one of the most challenging moments of her life.

After welcoming her daughter prematurely and navigating the emotional rollercoaster of a NICU stay, Haley faced a moment so many working moms can relate to: pressure to perform, even in crisis. The agency she worked for didn’t offer flexibility. They expected business as usual, while she was still in the hospital.

That moment became a turning point.

Today, Haley is the founder of The Magic Society Travelβ€”a mom-owned business dedicated to helping busy families plan stress-free, magical vacations. But her mission goes deeper than booking travel. She’s on a path to reshape what business and motherhood look likeβ€”especially for fellow moms in business who need support, grace, and a community that understands.

This is her story, one every CEO mom should hear.

HER PIVOTAL MOMENT

Haley had already spent years building her career in travel when her first child was born at just 35 weeks. After an emergency c-section, her daughter was flown to a NICU hours away. While she was recovering from surgery and navigating the shock of early motherhood, her phone lit up with messages from work.

β€œThey were asking me to take care of tasks while I was in the hospital. And I did it, because I felt guiltyβ€”because I thought that’s what working moms were supposed to do.”

That moment forced a deeper question: Is this really it?

It wasn’t. That moment became the catalyst for Haley’s long-term vision: to build a business that supports working moms rather than draining them. A space where motherhood isn’t seen as an inconvenienceβ€”but as a strength.

More Than Travel, It’s Support for the Moms Behind the Magic

In 2024, Haley launched The Magic Society Travelβ€”a boutique, family-first business designed to serve busy parents with thoughtful, done-for-you travel planning. Whether it’s a Disney trip or a multi-generational getaway, Haley and her team of advisors take the mental load off moms’ plates and turn chaos into calm.

But her real superpower? Creating a business culture that lifts up other entrepreneur moms.

β€œMost of my team are moms of toddlers or school-aged kids. We are the women we serve. That perspective changes everything.”

From team structure to client experience, everything about The Magic Society Travel is designed with the reality of motherhood in mind. It’s not just travelβ€”it’s transformation.

β€œWe’re not just planning vacations. We’re making memories easier for the moms who are doing it all.”

How This CEO Mom Built a Life That Holds Both

If there’s one thing every mom in business understands, it’s the balancing act. Haley manages it with systems, support, and intentional boundaries, plus a whole lot of love from her MVP: her husband.

Behind the scenes, Haley runs a tight ship. Her success as a CEO mom comes down to:

  • ✨ Business automation that keeps things flowing without constant oversight

  • ✨ A color-coded calendar for time-blocking business and family time

  • ✨ Fridays off to be fully present with her daughterβ€”non-negotiable

  • ✨ Clear boundaries rooted in values, not hustle culture

She’s Not Just Planning Vacations, She’s Building a Movement

At the heart of Haley’s work is a deeper goal: creating real, lasting support for moms navigating both ambition and mom guilt. Through her leadership, she’s redefining what a mom-owned business can beβ€”a space where motherhood is integrated, not hidden.

β€œI’m building the agency I wish existed when I became a mom. A place where women don’t have to choose between showing up for their family and showing up in their business.”

For Haley, entrepreneurship isn’t just about income. It’s about impact. About building a CEO mom community that gives other women the chance to lead, thrive, and create legacies of their own.

My passion is helping other moms breathe easierβ€”whether they’re my clients or my team. Because I know firsthand: when you’re a mom, your time is precious. Your energy is stretched. BOY MAMA and MADE FOR MOTHERS CEo + FOUNDER

My claim to fame is burning my multi-six-figure marketing agency to the ground when my son was born in order to create the village I needed so badly as a CEO & mom.  I felt deeply alone, and I knew there was a better way! And guess what!? I figured it out, moms just need to be deeply rooted for, seen by, and surrounded by other moms!

If you're NEW to the Made for Mothers community, just know that his table is long and wide, there are plenty of seats, no cool girls, no gossip, no aggressive networking, no stressing if your babies can tag along... we're mothers first, and wildly ambitious entrepreneurs second AND you belong here!.
